  1. How do I pay for my booking?

You can pay by all major credit and debit cards or Paypal

  1. How much deposit is needed?

If the trip is based in the UK we require a 15% deposit, but it may vary if the trip is outside the UK.

  1. How many seats does my vehicle have?

We will ensure that our coach has enough seats to meet your needs according to your request. Should you require any further details and images of the coach we can provide upon your request.

  1. Do we provide drivers?

Yes, your booked vehicle comes with a driver.

  1. Does my coach have a toilet?

Generally, coaches over 49 seats have a toilet facility. Should you require it on other sized vehicles please let us know when booking with us, and we arrange it for you.      

  1. What classes of vehicles are available?

We have a three class of vehicles available: Standard, Executive and VIP. CityCoachHire travel experts recommend to follow the following simple guide when choosing your vehicle category:

Standard vehicles will suit you if you’re on a limited budget or require a short trip, for example, it could be a short school trip for an event etc. Then the standard class is what you need.

Executive vehicles are suitable when you need a bit more comfort. Some of these vehicles will have toilets and other features. However, please ensure to request our travel experts for the features you require to ensure that the vehicle with the right features is provided.

VIP vehicles are ideal for important events, weddings or corporate journeys. VIP vehicles provide extra space and features. However, if you require any specific features, please ensure to let us know and we will ensure you have the  right vehicle for an enjoyable and safe journey.

  1. What size of vehicle should I choose to fit my passengers and luggage/ baggage requirements?

If you’re planning to take only lap luggage, then we would recommend selecting a vehicle according to the number of passengers. However, if you’re travelling with large suitcases or musical and sports equipment consider selecting a vehicle with more seats. Please let us know should you require any help, and our experts will help you to choose the right vehicle for your journey.

  1. Are parking costs included?

Nope, all prices do not include parking or tolls, unless stated otherwise.

  1. What is the legal driving length allowed and do I need to provide accommodation for driver?

Legally the driver can only drive for 10 hours a day. If it’s over 10 hours then accommodation is required.

  1. What type of accommodation may I need to provide?

Just a basic, single 3 star hotel with breakfast.
